Worried to bits

Meeting milestones is a joy for parents but the lack of one milestone is a cause of worry. Caleb is now 7 month, his motor skills are advanced. He is now pulling himself up and crawling everywhere. What worries me is his speech development, up to now he is not babbling a lot, no consonants! I’ve heard him say mama but that’s so rare. Books and websites are saying that he should be saying mama, gaga, baba, papa, dada, nana etc. I am really worried that he isn’t saying all those syllables. Would it be because he fell on the bed 4x\\, he used to be a talker before. Is it a sign of autism? It’s driving me crazy thinking why he’s not babbling. It has caused me sleepness nights and I just wish that one day he’ll suddenly babble and erase all my worries away. Oh yes I asked my pedia but she said to wait until his 9th month check-up.
